dClutter
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the dClutter mobile application ("App") developed by Jeremy Rodas ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
dClutter is a photo management tool that helps you identify duplicate, blurry, and large media files on your device. All scanning and processing occurs entirely on your device. The App does not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any external server.
You agree not to:
The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your photos remain your property at all times.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App processes all data on-device and does not collect personal information.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are solely responsible for any photos or files you choose to delete using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or photos, arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms supplement and do not replace the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict, Apple's EULA shall take precedence.
